PulseCRM.ai Refund Policy & Payment Terms

1) Refund basics

  • 30-day money-back (new customers): Cancel within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge and receive a full refund of the platform subscription fee.

  • After 30 days: Non-refundable (no prorations), except where required by law.

  • Trials: Cancel before trial end to avoid charges. Erroneous post-trial charges after timely cancel will be refunded.

  • Method & timing: Refunds go to the original payment method and typically post within 7–10 business days after approval (bank timelines vary).

We do not deduct credit-card processing fees from approved refunds. You get the full platform subscription fee back (usage/add-ons excluded).

2) What’s refundable vs. not

Refundable (if within 30 days & eligible):

  • Platform subscription fee on your first paid subscription

Not refundable (any time):

  • Usage-based fees: SMS, telephony/voice, email sends, AI/compute credits

  • Phone numbers and domain registrations

  • Professional/onboarding services and bespoke work

  • Third-party marketplace apps or pass-through charges

  • Charges outside the first-time 30-day window (renewals, plan changes), unless required by law

3) Eligibility rules

  • One 30-day guarantee per new customer account (first subscription only).

  • Abuse of the policy (serial sign-ups/cancellations) voids eligibility.

  • Accounts terminated for ToS violations are not eligible.

4) How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with subject “Refund Request” and include:

  • Account email + workspace name

  • Date of charge + amount

  • Reason (brief)

We’ll acknowledge within 1–2 business days and, if approved, process within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s issued.

5) Chargebacks

Please contact us first—we can usually resolve faster than banks. Filing a chargeback may trigger account suspension. If resolved in our favor, reactivation requires settling the outstanding balance.

6) Payment terms

  • You must keep a valid payment method on file.

  • Fees are billed in USD on your renewal date (monthly or annual).

  • Plan upgrades bill immediately (prorated when applicable).

  • Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

  • Prices and terms may change with notice as described in the ToS.

7) Relationship to other terms

This policy supplements the Terms of Service. Disputes follow the process in the ToS (good-faith internal review → mediation → AAA arbitration, Fulton County, GA; class action waiver).
