PulseCRM.ai Cancellation Policy

1) What this covers

All PulseCRM.ai subscriptions and add-ons, including Affiliate plan upgrades (Power, Platinum). This policy does not apply to third-party services you connect to PulseCRM.ai.

2) How cancellation works

  • Month-to-month: Cancel anytime; service remains active until the end of the current paid month.

  • Annual/prepaid terms (if purchased): Cancels renewal; service remains active through the prepaid term.

  • Fixed-term agreements (12-month, custom pricing): If your Order Form includes a minimum term, early cancellation may require an Early Termination Fee (ETF)—see §5.

Ways to cancel (any one works)

  • In-app: Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription

  • Email: [email protected] from your account email with subject “Cancel Subscription” We’ll confirm within 1–2 business days. Your effective cancellation date is the end of the current billing period unless an earlier trial cutoff applies.

3) Trials

If your plan includes a trial, you can cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. If a charge occurs in error after a timely cancellation, we’ll reverse it (see Refund Policy).

4) 30-day money-back (new customers)

New customers (first-ever paid subscription with PulseCRM.ai) may cancel within 30 days of the first charge and receive a full refund of the platform subscription fee.

Excludes: usage-based fees (SMS/voice/email), purchased phone numbers, domains, professional/onboarding services, and any third-party pass-through costs.

Abuse (repeat sign-ups/cancellations to cycle refunds) voids the guarantee.

5) Early termination (fixed-term agreements only)

If you signed a 12-month (or longer) commitment with special pricing and cancel early, an ETF equal to two (2) months of your contracted monthly platform fee applies, plus any unpaid balances. Once paid, access remains through the current billing cycle. (If you never signed a fixed-term Order Form, this section doesn’t apply.)

6) Downgrades & plan changes

You can downgrade at any time; changes take effect on the next billing cycle. Downgrades do not trigger refunds for the current cycle.

7) Account pause (optional)

Not ready to cancel? Park your account for $40/month (up to 6 months):

  • We retain all data, but disable access while paused.

  • You can reactivate anytime during the 6-month window.

  • After 6 months, your original plan auto-resumes unless you cancel or extend (we’ll email reminders).

8) Data retention & deletion

After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days for export/reactivation.

After 30 days, we permanently delete all account data. Deletion is irreversible.

You’re responsible for exporting contacts, assets, funnels, workflows, and numbers before deletion.

9) Company-initiated termination

We may suspend/terminate for ToS violations, fraud/abuse, non-payment, or legal risk. We’ll notify you when feasible. Refunds aren’t provided for termination due to your breach.

10) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We’ll post the new “Last Updated” date and notify you of material changes.
